RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

EXCHANGE POLICIES (On-Line Only)

ALL EXCHANGE DEMAND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving merchandise. Mail stamp is proof. We will  issued an exchange authorization number when you email us with your new order.

You must ask for an exchange autorisation number prior to return the items by communicating with our customer service by email within 7 days of reception:

We must receive the package within 7-days of the issuance of autorisation number. Otherwise it will be refused.

No return will be accepted without the Autorisation Number clearly indicated on the package inside and on the exchange form inside. Join a copy of the exchange form filled properly inside.

  • Return apparel must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition, items properly folded with all tags in place with the exchange form.
  • Apparel which has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forget all claims.
  • We ask that you keep your under garment while trying until you are sure of the sizes.
  • No refund of shipping charges. The shipping charge for returning the item is on the client.
  • The shipping fees will be the same for the exchange as the ones charged initially. Please indicate your paiement details on the form.
  • For the ” Free Delivery for a Limited Time” offer, you will be granted one free delivery for exchange. If you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges.
  • C.O.D. OR COLLECT packages will not be accepted and we will send it back to you charging your credit  card. Please use a delivery service provider that offer you a tracking number for more protection.  We will not be responsible for any lost by your side. All returns items are the client responsibility.
  • Store Exchange: It is possible to exchange your items in one of our stores. But you must ask for an exchange authorisation number before. Email us for a request at: .
  • You must show the form filled with your exchange authorisation number to the cashier. You must visit our stores within 7-days of the issuance of authorisation number for the exchange. Otherwise it will be refused. No refund or exchange of shipping charges. No refund will be made in stores for an on-line purchase, only exchange.
  • Sale Items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURNS (On-Line Order Only)

  • We want you to love everything you buy from us.  If not, you can return online orders only within 7 Days after the order was shipped for a REFUND. Mail stamp is proof.

  • Please send your return to the address below. Be sure to include the RETURN/EXCHANGE form with your RETURN NUMBER, name, address, indicating the items you are returning and any other pertinent information.
  • Any reasons you may have for your return we really appreciate if you let us know. Any feedback will always help us improve and please write it on the back of the form.
